Portrait...Ex Seminario Arcivescovile - Milan

Artelia Italia was honoured for taking care of the renovation of the "Portrait -Ex Seminario Arcivescovile di Milano", project entrusted by Lungarno Collection, a hotel group owned by the FERRAGAMO family. This challenging project has turned his fascinating building into a 5 stars Luxury hotel with 71 rooms distributed in 4 floors, shops and restaurants at gound floor, SPA, main kitchen, technical rooms at basement. The renovation features also a rooftop Bar-Lounge. The large internal courtyard has been transformed into a live square, in the heart of the so called "Quadrilatero della Moda", the fashion district of Milan. Artelia Italia was honoured to participate in the realisation of this iconic project by providing services of Project & Construction Management, Direzione Lavori, Design Coordination, Architectural & Engineering Design, MEP, Structural Design and Civil Design.
