Complete refurbishment of the hotel and rebranding from Lungarno to “Portrait”, Ferragamo’s family luxury brand.
The hotel has 34 rooms and suites, lounges, bar, meeting room and restaurant. Electrical systems were completely re-designed in accordance with the new architectural requirements, and to improve comfort and reduce energy consumption. A number of alterations, including structural works, were carried out to ensure the existing building met the latest fire protection regulations.
