Refurbishment of Palazzo Italia

The refurbishment of Palazzo Italia, where Artelia’s Headquarters in Rome has been located since 2004, is moving at full speed towards completion next June.

Artelia Italia is in charge of integrated design and construction management of the entire building. Phasing of the work has been duly organized to enable us to continue business operations from our offices during the site-works. 

Spring and summer were spent in temporary offices on the top floor with a fantastic view over Rome's roofs, allowing construction works to proceed swiftly on the lowest part of the building.

Around October 2016 we moved to our "final destination" on the 1st and 2nd floors which have been completely renovated; "brand new" offices, designed by ourselves in every detail.

Hence, we can never complain to the owner about any kind of snag!

Our new offices meet the highest ergonomic (lighting, noise, ventilation) and environmental standards. The building will get a LEED Gold Certification; thanks to the technical solutions adopted by our team. 

This is an important step forward for our well-being, considering how much of our time we spend here and is also important in showcasing our design capabilities to our visiting customers and suppliers.
