Reimaging of 6500 BP service stations in 14 European countries: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, France, Germany, Greece, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, UK.
Fast-track project completed in 2,5 years.
The contract with BP included incentive scheme. Performance was measured against stringent benchmarks in Health & Safety, schedule and cost.
