The former Boscolo hotel portfolio has been acquired by Varde Partners and rebranded as Dedica Anthology
The project in on track and with a potential 5 to 10 % saving, following a very deep value engineering / value management exercise.
The refurbishment will enhance all rooms, suites, public spaces and the hotel’s famous rooftop terrace overlooking the Duomo and Campanile.
