Bulgari Hotel & Resorts - Rome

The opening last June 9th by Bulgari Hotels & Resorts of its latest luxury hotel, the Bulgari Hotel Roma, at Piazza Augusto Imperatore, 10, with its 114 rooms and public spaces designed by ACPV Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel architecture studio, represents a glittering tribute to the origins of the Bvulgari universe and to  Rome as capital city. Artelia Italia was honoured to carry out on behalf of Edizione Property the services of Project Management, Cost Control, Construction Management, Direzione Lavori and Safety Coordination during execution and Construction Supervision. Due to the complexity of the project, which also included the restoration of the facades, a change of use from offices to a hotel, demolition and reconstruction, and consolidation and structural reinforcement activities, the project involved numerous actors whose coordination was under Artelia's responsibility. The most challenging aspect for us was the use of BIM 360 platform  for implementing all management processes for a distinctly paperless and innovative project!.
