Botteghe Oscure Hotel - Radisson

work description

The city of Rome has recently opened another new jewel in the Hospitality sector: Radisson Collection Hotel, Roma Antica!

Artelia Italia is honoured and proud to have provided Project Management services for the conversion of a 1938 office building, Palazzo Permarini, into a luxury hotel.

The building has got nine floors and one underground floor for a total surface of about 4.400 sqm and includes 86 rooms, a restaurant and a lounge bar at ground floor, a skybar at last floor and an archaeological site in the basement which houses part of the #Porticus Minucia.

On technical side, the renovation works regarded the seismic improvement of the structure, the total removal of asbestos, the installation of new high energy efficiency systems and the insulation of the opaque and transparent shell reaching the A4 energy class and the LEED Gold. On architectural side, the internal finishes of precious materials such as Carrara marble, brass, parquet, mosaics and custom furnishings together with the conservative restoration of the facades and the valorisation of the Porticus Minucia have allowed Palazzo Lares Permarini to combining a highly technological building perfectly integrated into the historic centre of Rome.

Congratulations to our Team on achieving another great success for Artelia Italia!
