Cavour 220 is the first serviced luxury apartments development in Italy.
The project scope was the total refurbishment of 6 existing historical buildings (6 floors each) located near the Coliseum in and the construction of a two floors underground parking.
Project scope was the completion of 68 luxury costumed apartments.
