New Hotel Lungarno

On 1st June, 2017 the Hotel Lungarno in Florence has re-opened after six months refurbishment and revitalization works managed by Artelia Italia. The celebration was attended by Mr. Leonardo Ferragamo, owner of the Lungarno Group and of the homonymous fashion group.

The property is located in historical downtown Florence, facing the Arno river. The hard refurbishment created new private terraces, breakfast room, and Michelin-starred restaurant. Instead of 78 rooms, the Hotel has now 68 larger rooms and suites, 40 of which with a view of the River Arno and the Ponte Vecchio.

The project has been completed in perfect timing and with a 10% saving, following a very deep value engineering / value management exercise.
