Privacy Policy for visitors to the Artia Italia S.p.A.

Information on the processing of visitors' data

(Art.13 Regulation 2016/679)

Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter "Regulation"), this page describes the methods of processing the personal data of the visits and users who consult the website of the Artia Italia S.p.A. accessible to the address: https://it.arteliagroup.com/it.

The information contained in this document concern exclusively the personal data provided or collected while navigating on the said site; Other sites are therefore excluded, albeit part of the group, or pages and services that can be reached through hypertext links, even if advertised here, external to the domain of the company.

Following the consultation of the company's website, data relating to identified or identifiable individuals can be processed.

 

DATA CONTROLLER

The data controller (hereinafter the “Controller”) is ARTELIA Italia S.p.a., VAT no. IT 06741281007, with registered office in Rome, Italy, Piazza Guglielmo Marconi n.25, which can be contacted by writing via email to the address: gdpr.italia@arteliagroup.com.

 

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING

a) Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures in charge of the functioning of the company site acquire, during their normal exercise, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of computers and terminals used by users, the addresses in URI/URL notation (UNFORM RESOURCE IDENTIFIER/LOCATOR) of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in subjecting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (good end, error, etc.) and other comparisons) relating to the operating system and the user's IT environment.

These data, necessary for the use of web services, are also processed for:

• obtain statistical information on the use of services (more visited pages, number of visitors per time or daily band, geographical areas of origin, etc.);

• check the correct functioning of the services offered.

b) Data communicated by the user

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of personal data and messages from users to the Company's website, as well as the compilation and forwarding of the forms on the website, entail the acquisition of the sender's contact data, necessary to respond, as well as all personal data included in the communications.

Apart from what is indicated for navigation data, which acquire data automatically, visitors are free to provide their personal data or not to provide them. Failure to provide them may make it impossible to be contacted and to know what was requested.

Such data will be processed exclusively to respond to the request, or to provide the service in accordance with this information.

c) Cookies and other tracking systems

Cookies are not used to profile users, nor are other tracking methods employed.

This site uses only technical cookies as required by art. 5, par. 3 of the so-called e-Privacy Directive (Directive no. 58/2002), implemented in art. 122 of the Privacy Code (Legislative Decree no. 193/2006 and subsequent amendments). This type of cookie is used to ensure the correct display of the site and navigation within it.

The use of session cookies, which are not persistent, is carried out strictly limited to what is necessary for safe and efficient navigation of the site. The storage of session cookies in terminals or browsers is under the control of the user, where on the servers, at the end of HTTP sessions, information relating to cookies remains recorded in the service logs, with retention times as better described below, like other navigation data.

 

LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING

The processing of your personal data will be carried out on the following legal bases:

• For points a) and c) the data are processed by the Data Controller in pursuit of the legitimate interest in free economic initiative (Art. 41 of the Constitution and Art. 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR 2016/679);

• For point b) by virtue of the consent expressed (Art. 6 paragraph 1 letter a of the GDPR 2016/679)

 

DATA RECIPIENTS

The recipients of the data collected following consultation of the sites listed above are the following subjects designated by the entity, pursuant to Article 28 of the Regulation, as data controllers:

BLEUPIMENT, Agence de communication Digitale & Marketing ”, as provider of development and maintenance services of the web platform;

The personal data collected are also processed by authorized personnel of the Company, who act on the basis of specific instructions provided in order to the purposes and methods of the processing itself.

 

TRANSFER TO A THIRD COUNTRY

The Data Controller uses servers located in Italy for the services offered by the site. The data is not transferred to third countries outside the European Economic Area

 

RETENTION PERIOD

The data will be retained for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes described based on the deadlines set by law, for data for which consent is requested, they will be retained until the consent is revoked. Browsing data and cookies will not be retained for periods exceeding seven days. A further period may be added to the normal retention times to guarantee the protection or defense in court of rights or obligations that find their source or evidence in the processing.

 

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES

The interested parties have the right to obtain from the Company, in the cases provided for, access to their personal data and the rectification or erasure of the same or the limitation of the processing that concerns them or to oppose the processing (articles 15 and following of the Regulation) through a specific request to be sent to gdpr.italia@arteliagroup.com.

RIGHT TO COMPLAIN

Interested parties who believe that the processing of their personal data carried out through this site is in violation of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor, as provided for by art. 77 of the Regulation itself, or to take appropriate legal action.

PROFILING

No automated decision-making processes are carried out on aggregate data.
