Artelia supports authorities in the rational and sustainable management of water resources at river basin level through vulnerability analyses, technical assessments and integrated management plans. Through measurement programmes and economic and regulatory studies, we help optimise the use of surface and groundwater, ensuring its equity and sustainability over time.

Our work includes the creation and improvement of data collection systems and the implementation of water information systems, supporting the development of organisational structures dedicated to the integrated management of water resources.

We support the design of abstraction plants and water abstraction plans, as well as proposing solutions for the regeneration and protection of aquifers, counteracting the phenomenon of groundwater overexploitation.

Thanks to a multidisciplinary approach that integrates hydraulic, hydrogeological, hydrological, environmental and agricultural skills, Artelia provides effective solutions for a more conscious and resilient use of water resources.
