Transformation of an existing office complex located in the center of Rome (Via Luigi Rizzo 20/22) into a lifestyle mid-scale hotel branded “Mama Shelter” (4 stars) – 20.000 sqm.
The project includes the realization of 2 mock-up rooms and the whole renovation works of the property, consisting in 5 floors above ground for 2 buildings connected by a basement plate; 217 rooms, a  restaurant open to the public, a rooftop bar, a fitness and spa area, a car parking, 2 meetings rooms, an outdoor garden.
