Artelia Italia was chosen by Allianz to provide Project Management, Estimate & Cost Control and Construction Management services during all phases of the project.
This included technical support for the selection of the hotel operator and engineering companies, for the preliminary, final and executive design phases, the choice of the General Contractor and the management of on-site operations, testing and delivery to the hotel operator.
Artelia Italia also assumed the role of Commissioning Authority in the LEED certification process of the building, which obtained the Gold certification.
The project led to the creation of a hotel with 159 rooms, 2 restaurants, 3 bars and two terraces, one of which has a swimming pool.
The building, which was originally used as a service sector office, located at the intersection of Corso Italia and Via Santa Sofia, consists of eight floors above ground and two underground floors, with a total gross area of about 13,000 square metres
