Bossi Scala Property S.p.A., owner of the buildings, is a company of Statuto Group which has a portfolio of luxury hotels among which the world renowned Hotel Danieli in Venice and Four Seasons Hotel in Milan.

The Project consists in converting two contiguous buildings, in downtown Milan, into a luxury hotel with 124 rooms, with restaurants at the ground floor opened to the city of Milan.

The building, overlooking Piazzetta Bossi, was designed in the Sixties by famous Architect Pietro Lingeri. Being a prestigious building, it was asked to Patricia Urquiola to be the Art Director of the Project.

The group of designers includes  Studio Asti Architects of Milan. Works will be carried out in one solution and the Hotel will be opened at the end of 2018.
