The project involves the redevelopment of building A and the construction of the new building C through the use of innovative technologies.

Particular attention is given to the technological systems that provide for the air conditioning of the environments with renewable energy sources, in particular the use of groundwater.
The new facades of the buildings are designed to guarantee: high levels of comfort for users, the containment of heat loss, the optimization of external energy supplies, the simplicity of maintenance.
The new structures of the building C are in natural elements, mainly in mixed wood with steel. Particular attention is given to the materials of the interior finishes of the building C hall and the areas outside the two buildings, with the choice of natural, durable and environmentally friendly materials.
LEED GOLD v4 BD+C certification obtained .The project aims at a redevelopment not only of the buildings but also of the urban context in which it is inserted, with the creation of meeting spaces for collective use, usable both during the day and in the evening hours.
