Symbiosis Development - Building D
Symbiosis is part of Sharing Cities, a project that adopts an innovative approach to respond to some of the environmental challenges of our time, such as reducing CO₂ emissions and improving air quality.

The iconic project, designed by Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, measures a total SLP of 24,000 square metres and meets criteria of sustainability, intelligence and flexibility. A tree-lined pedestrian plaza open to the public, gardens and ponds facilitate work and outdoor activities mitigate the urban heat, making the district healthier and more sustainable. The activities carried out by Artelia involved civil, acoustic, plant engineering and environmental sustainability developed according to BIM procedures. Artelia Italia also took care of the general coordination related to the specialised disciplines: façades, fire and structural design, as well as Plant Works Management. The building has achieved LEED v4 BD+C Core&shell certification - Platinum level with a score of 90/110, WELL v2 pilot certification with Bronze level and WELL Health and Safety Rated.
