Torre diamante - Nuovo HQ BNP Parib

The Diamante tower, designed by architect KHON Pederson Fox, is located in the business centre of Milan and is the new headquarters of the BNPParibas Group. The total area is about 30,000 square metres and has 27 floors above ground and 4 below.

Artelia, within this complex project, played the role of Space Manager, developing a new multi-tenant model, capable of meeting the needs of companies with very different characteristics, through the creation of flexible spaces that respond to various organisational changes. The project proposed a 'new way of working' based on the convergence of work, technology and smart working. The unconventional development of layouts according to work patterns is characterised by greater flexibility and autonomy in the choice of spaces, times and tools to be used (individual, group, relaxation and interaction spaces, etc.).

Artelia, as space manager, succeeded in having an overall vision of the future repositioning of the various companies (through the collection of requirements, analysis of organisational data, elaboration of layouts, sharing of the same in order to obtain customised layouts that meet the needs of each company), which gave way to the various engineering activities (design and execution of works). Artelia also collaborated in defining the correct moving strategy for the various companies and in managing and solving any problems.
