Vetra Building

The intervention, completed at the end of 2021, consists of the creation of very high quality and efficient multi-tenant office building with a total area of approximately 39.000 sqm (energy class A, LEED PLATINUM certification) and retail spaces on the ground floor (catering, pet shop). 

Furthermore, a new urban square was created, enhanced by the work "X" by Patrick Tuttofuoco, the Vetra Passage which directly connects the historic center to the Park of the Basilicas, the new reception which can host events and presentations, the internal courtyard, meeting rooms and gym. 

The surrounding areas will be redeveloped with interventions such as the partial pedestrianization of Piazza Quasimodo and improvements to public green areas.
