Lungarno Alberghi is an Italian hotel group owned by the Ferragamo family, which has a portfolio of 5 hotels in Florence and one hotel in Rome.

This challenging project will turn this fascinating building (“Ex-Seminario Arcivescovile di Milano”) into a luxury hotel with 71 rooms distributed in 4 floors, shops and restaurants at ground floor, SPA, main kitchen, technical rooms at basement. The renovation features also a rooftop Bar-Lounge.

The large internal courtyard will be transformed into a "square" accessible by the City of Milan via two entrances, from Corso Venezia and  Via S. Andrea, in the heart of the so called “Quadrilatero della moda”, the fashion district of Milan.

Interior Design will be handled by Michele Bonan, while the Architectural Design will be handled by Michele De Lucchi.

The project shall be carried out on a fast-track schedule and the construction will start by the end of 2018.
