Social Responsibility Policy and Claims Standard SA8000

SA8000 (Social Accountability 8000) is an international standard developed by Social Accountability International (SAI) that defines the requirements for ensuring ethical and responsible working conditions within organizations. Based on the conventions of the International Labour Organization (ILO), the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and other international human rights standards.
SA8000 CLAIMS
In compliance with the requirements of the SA8000 standard, Artelia Italia has set up special communication channels aimed at collecting, in a confidential and secure manner, any reports of violations concerning the main requirements of the standard (child labour, forced and compulsory labour, health and safety in the workplace, discrimination, freedom of association, disciplinary practices, working hours, remuneration and the Social Accountability Management System).
These channels are accessible to all workers, collaborators and stakeholders, and guarantee the impartial handling of reports, with full respect for confidentiality and protection from any form of retaliation.
Every communication will be examined with the utmost attention and, where necessary, appropriate corrective measures will be taken
